received through our relays.

Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
COOKIES are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
DATA CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in
common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which
any personal data are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we
are a Data Controller of your data.
DATA PROCESSORS (OR SERVICE PROVIDERS) means any natural or legal

professional training, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, information on
bonuses and compensation, information on marital status, family members, social security
(or other taxpayer identification) number, office location and other data.
- Use of Data
WHOSJOBS processes the User’s personal data for the purpose of performance of the contract
between the WHOSJOBS,LLC and the User for the WHOSJOBS sites
(clause 1.1 of the WHOSJOBS User Agreement). By virtue of Article 6 of Federal Law “On Personal
Data” No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, no separate consent of the User for the processing of
his / her personal data is required. By virtue of sub-clause 2, clause 2, Article 22 of this Law,
WHOSJOBS,LLC. has the right to process personal data without notifying the authorized body in
charge of personal data protection.
WHOSJOBS,LLC. uses the collected data for various purposes:
- to provide and maintain our Service;
- to notify you about changes to our Service;
- to allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so;
- to provide customer support;
- to gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service;
- to monitor the usage of our Service;
- to detect, prevent and address technical issues;
- to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;
- to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into
between you and us, including for billing and collection;
- to provide you with notices about your account and/or subscription, including expiration
and renewal notices, email-instructions, etc.;

- to submit job applications on your behalf to third‑party job sites and employer systems;
- to generate application materials (e.g., tailored cover letters) using automated tools;
- to send, receive, and forward application‑related communications via our email/SMS
relays and store such communications for delivery, troubleshooting, and support.

- for any other purpose with your consent.
- Retention of Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this
Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with
our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable
laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally
retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to
improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for
longer time periods.
For AI Apply, we retain submission logs and relayed communications for as long as AI Apply
remains enabled and for a limited period thereafter for support and dispute resolution. If you
disable AI Apply, we stop new submissions and follow our standard retention/deletion
practices.
- Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to – and maintained on –
computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction
where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the European Union and choose to provide information to us, please
note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the European Union and process it
there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information
represents your agreement to that transfer.
WHOSJOBS, LLC will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated
securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data
will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place
including the security of your data and other personal information.
AI Apply disclosures may involve transfers to recipients outside your jurisdiction. See
“Transfer of Data” above for our safeguards.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:
- Disclosure for Law Enforcement.
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if
required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

For AI Apply we rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to share data with third‑party job sites
and on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) to generate and transmit applications you request. You may
withdraw consent at any time in settings; this does not affect processing already performed.
- Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online
services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require
a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates
websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a

ChatGPT and OpenAI’s API models are advanced artificial intelligence technologies

PDF Generation
We utilize pdfendpoint (https://pdfendpoint.com) to generate PDF documents (e.g., PDF
CVs). When generating these PDF files, we do not transfer or share users’ personal data to
pdfendpoint in an aggregated form that would enable them to structure, store, or otherwise
process such data beyond the PDF generation request. For details regarding how

- Disclosures for AI Apply (Third‑Party Job Sites)
When you enable AI Apply, we disclose your Application Data to third‑party job boards,
employer applicant‑tracking systems, and similar services solely to submit applications you
instruct us to make. Those third parties determine their own purposes and means of
processing and are not our service providers. Their handling of your data is governed by
their privacy policies and terms, which we do not control. You can disable AI Apply at any
time; this stops new disclosures but does not recall data already disclosed to third parties.
- Analytics and Storage
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports
website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service.

connection with Premium Subscription that is purchased through the website. Instead,
Clover, Inc. (“Clover”), a third-party payment processing partner, processes all payments
made by Users. As part of any payment transactions related to Premium Subscription, you
agree to the processing, use, transfer, or disclosure of data by Clover pursuant to Clover’s

We have no control over how Clover uses your information.
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third
